Fængselsgangen

Fængselsgangen is Albertslund's new crime festival, organized by Albertslund Library and Porten Vridsløse. It takes place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10:00 to 16:00 at Porten Vridsløse.

The programme features talks by crime writers Stefan Ahnhem, Lone Theils, Iben Albinus, Henriette Rostrup, and Benni Bødker, who discuss their books. You can also play crime board games, visit the Prison Museum, learn about the old prison's history, or take a guided tour at Riddle House, which builds escape rooms on the site.

The festival ticket costs 150 kr. and is purchased on Albertslund Library's website. Spaces are limited. Admission to the Prison Museum costs 25 kr. and is paid on the day. Lunch can be pre-ordered: fresh focaccia with fennel, cucumber and tomato crudités, mixed greens with herbs, parmesan cream, pickled red onions and smoked almonds.
