Ulrik Søberg teaches Baduanjin, a classical Qigong form from the Song Dynasty, with a focus on gentle movement, breathing, and presence that works with the body's energy and nervous system.

If you'd like to try it, there's a free session on Sunday, September 6 from 12:00-13:00. After that, a regular class runs every Thursday from 13:00-14:00 at the island by Dharma House for 150 kr. per session. An 8-week Baduanjin workshop is also offered on Sundays from 11:00-12:00, starting September 3 - price 900 kr.
