Little Singers Together Day with Rytmikbanden

Kulturskolen Roskilde and Roskilde Libraries present Little Singers Together Day on Thursday, September 10, 2026 - this year's theme is creepy-crawly creatures. Rytmikbanden performs a programme of music, singing, dancing, games and a short story centred on worms, insects and crawling creatures. The event takes place in Salen.

The event is for children aged 2-6 and their adults, and everyone needs a ticket. Children and adults sit on the floor during the concert, but there is also space to dance and jump - and anyone who needs a chair can simply ask. Rytmikbanden adjusts the sound level for the youngest; headphones can be brought for children who need them, and you are welcome to sit at the back of the room.

Before or after the concert, you can visit the creepy-crawly exhibition on Festpladsen in the Children's Library. There is also the option to eat a packed lunch in the Library Garden or in the Library Café - though space is limited.

Little Singers Together is a recurring singing day for preschool children across the country, held on the second Thursday in September each year. Sangens Hus is behind the initiative and publishes free materials annually for the chosen theme.
