Alumni Day 2026!

Alumni Day 2026 - celebration and singing: 24 October – 25 October 2026, Ollerup Efterskole - Sang og Musik, Ollerup. Tickets cost 120–200 kr.

Alumni Day 2026 takes place on Saturday, October 24 at Ollerup Efterskole. Alumni are invited at 10:00, all other years at 12:00, and the 2025/26 cohort is invited the day before - Friday, October 23 at 17:00.

The day begins with alumni cafés, then everyone gathers at 12:45 for choir singing and the general assembly in Koncerten. Former conductors return this year. Dinner is served in Symfonien at 18:00, followed by buses to the party at Bøgebjerghallen, where dancing continues until 00:45.

Return buses from the party must be booked via the Frank A app. Buses run from Bøgebjerghallen to Svendborg, Odense and Copenhagen - departing at 01:00. Tickets are purchased through Frank A. There is also a public bus from a stop near Bøgebjerghallen towards Nyborg.

At the entrance, membership fees are collected: 60 kr. for 1 year's membership, 250 kr. for 5 years or 400 kr. for lifetime membership.

The general assembly of Ollerup Efterskole's Alumni Association takes place the same day at 12:45 in Koncerten. Agenda: 1. Election of conductor, secretary and teller. 2. Report on the association's activities. 3. Brief overview of the year at Ollerup Efterskole. 4. Presentation of accounts, including setting of membership fees. 5.
