Receiving an ADHD diagnosis late in life can feel like discovering a whole new language for your own story. Suddenly it makes sense why you've struggled more than others, felt exhausted - or wrong. Relief, grief, anger, and confusion can easily coexist, and many women are left asking: "Who am I, really, with what I know now?"

The lecture "Perfect on the Outside - Puzzle Inside" explores masking, invisible (over)load, emotional regulation, and hormonal factors - the things that rarely make headlines but fill your everyday life. The lecture runs for 2 hours including a break, and during the break you can buy soft drinks, coffee, and cake.
