That moment when you realize the doctor is younger than you, and the police officer who stops you started primary school when you left. Someone from your old class became a minister - and you think: when did that happen? When did I become the old one in the room?

Everyday Hero is the third and final show in the trilogy that started with It's Funny and continued with Honestly. No messages, no red thread, no "journey" - just laughter.

The show is about being a father and getting involved in parenting from bed, about living your dating life through your young colleagues' Tinder stories, and about sitting listening to a young guy present the solution to the world's problems while thinking: "We tried that. It didn't work back then either."

It's also about the best moment of the week - the drive home from a party where you and your wife evaluate all the other guests - and about the truth: that we all thought we should be superheroes, but ended up as men in Crocs, whose greatest dream is ten minutes of uninterrupted peace on the toilet.
