Peace and Movement in the Museum Garden

In the Age of Enlightenment - when Hirschholm Castle still stood in the middle of Hørsholm - the idea took hold that humans must return to nature, and that the need for movement unfolds best in the open air.

With this as a starting point, Museum Nordsjælland opens the museum garden behind Hørsholm Egns Museum and invites visitors to move in the green space - a setting for peace, presence, and a practice that connects body and nature.
