Baby Massage and Zone Therapy Workshop: Monday 2 November 2026, 10:00–11:00, Trige Kombi-bibliotek, Trige. Admission is free.

Zone therapist and educator Stefanie Vinther guides parents through a one-hour workshop in baby massage and zone therapy. You will learn how gentle pressure and massage can help with common baby discomforts such as constipation, congestion, cough, and restlessness - and you will massage your baby during the session. There will be plenty of time for questions at the end.

The workshop is for babies aged 2-10 months. Doors open at 9:30 so you can arrive at your own pace, and the workshop itself starts at 10:00. It takes place in the Tårnet room at Trige Folkehus.

Bring a changing mat or waterproof mat and 2-3 cloth nappies. A small bottle of organic, plant-based massage oil is included and you can take it home with you.

Coffee and tea are served, and there is an opportunity to buy food at the Folkehus café. The workshop is free but requires a ticket - one ticket covers one adult and one child.
