Slow Friending™ is Authentic You Me's own concept - an alternative to the usual speed friending and networking formats, where the pace is slowed down and space is created for depth instead of superficial chat. The event is facilitated and structured with a focus on genuine conversations rather than polite small talk and repeated questions like "what do you do?" and "how long have you lived here?".

The target audience is globally oriented professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs and deep thinkers aged 30-50. It doesn't matter if you come alone - 90% of guests do. All genders, nationalities and LGBTQ+ identities are welcome.

The event is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. The programme is as follows:
