Vitha Weitemeyer is a psychologist with many years of experience in couple relationships and author of the books 'In Love with a Dream - When Love Becomes Obsession' and 'When the Dream Has Shattered - Grief and Strength After a Difficult Relationship'.

Drawing on concrete examples, she discusses unhealthy dependency, why it can be difficult to leave a destructive relationship, the role of childhood history, the patterns that hold us back - and what characterizes a mature and sustainable relationship. There will be time for questions from the audience.
