Snakes, spiders, large cockroaches and many other reptiles from around the world are visiting the library during autumn break. The exhibition is aimed at both children and adults, and you can get up close to the animals.

No ticket required - everyone is welcome. The event takes place in Room ABC as part of the library's autumn break programme "We Creep and Crawl".

About the venue: Biblioteket i Herning

Biblioteket i Herning opened in August 2014 in the city centre on Østergade, designed by Kristian H. Nielsen and GPP Arkitekterne. At nearly 6,000 m², it houses five kilometres of shelving in the book section known as Dybet, two bookable meeting rooms, a MakerSpace and a café. Beyond lending, the library hosts lectures, cultural events and IT guidance, and also serves as the central library for 19 municipalities in the Central Denmark Region.
