The author of an award-winning crime trilogy about the Reunification discusses the political tensions of the period and the colourful personalities who shaped it - including H.N. Andersen, founder of Ø.K.

The trilogy consists of "Murder in the Delegation", "The Corpse in the Labyrinth" and "The Witness in Carriage 12". Pernille Schou appeared on stage at Historical Days and Crime Fair in 2024 in connection with the release of the first book in the series.

About the venue: Vojens Bibliotek

Vojens Bibliotek is a branch of Haderslev Bibliotekerne, housed in the Vojens Sundhedscenter on Rådhuscentret. It shares the building with Vojens Borgerservice, where residents can get help with passports, driving licences and MitID. Alongside book lending and newspaper reading, the library regularly hosts talks, reading clubs and creative workshops. The building is accessible with a health card from 7am to 9pm every day, with staffed service on selected days.
