Silent Disco Groove - Dance for the Whole Family

Silent Disco Groove is a dance programme for the whole family, led by Kathrine Levald. With headphones on, children and adults dance together - not following steps or technique, but freely and on their own terms.

Participants play with music and movement throughout: you can be a rock star, zombie, surfer or princess, move in slow motion on the moon or create drum rhythms with your whole body. Dancing happens both alone and together, and the session ends with a calm period of stretching and rest.

The event is part of the opening weekend at Ølgod Kulturhus and takes place four times over the weekend. Both children and adults need a ticket - arrive at the time you have booked.
