Walk with Aage - Thursday

Health facilitator Aage invites you to join weekly walking tours in Aalborg East. He walks daily himself because movement makes him feel better - and because it's more fun to walk with others.

The walks take place every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00. Meet in front of Trekanten at Astrupstien/Kulturtorvet, and afterwards there is free tea and coffee at Trekanten Kulturhus.

The walks are open to everyone who wants to get out and walk. Pace and distance are adjusted to suit those who show up.
