Authentic You Me is hosting a swipe-free evening for singles aged 38-48 who are ready to meet other people face-to-face - without algorithms and dating apps.

The format is called Slow Dating and is built around rotating micro-meetings, where a facilitator guides the flow so you can focus on the conversations. The evening starts with a check-in and a drink at 15:30, the programme begins at 15:45 and ends at 18:30. Icebreakers help you get past the initial awkwardness, and you receive a discreet match card where you can note your favourite encounters. With mutual matches, you get further information about your match after the event.

The event is aimed at heterosexual men and women. If you are in the 30-37 age group, there is a separate registration page for that group. Places are deliberately limited.
