Make a Lantern - free kids workshop: 24 October – 14 November 2026, Magion Biblioteket, Grindsted. Admission is free.

UN Children's Rights Day is marked every year on 20 November. For this occasion, children can visit the children's library on Saturdays in October and November to make their own lantern.

The lantern can be brought to the Light Festival in Grindsted on 20 November, where UN Children's Rights Convention Day is celebrated with a focus on children's right to safety, play, learning and being heard.

The activity is free and requires no advance booking - materials are provided, and you simply drop in. Location: Nørderiet.
