🔎 "Seek... and You Will Find..." - But Do You Really Know What You're Looking For?

This evening is not about manifestation - it's about what comes before. Consciousness. What are you looking for? What do you talk about, listen to, read? What do you eat, and what thoughts and stories do you repeat to yourself? We often know exactly what we want to change - maybe even precisely what we should stop doing. Yet we do it again. Why is it so easy to sabotage yourself, and why can it be so hard to break an old pattern, even when you're fully aware that it doesn't lead where you want to go?

The answer may lie in the fact that much of everyday life happens on autopilot: old habits, old phrases, old reactions. Through channeling, exercises and visualizations, we work this evening to make some of these automatic patterns visible - because only when you discover what you do without thinking about it can you consciously choose something else.

You take home some simple tools that can help you filter what you see, hear, say and do - and create greater alignment between what you want ❤️ and what you actually do. Maybe it's not just about finding the way to your goal, but first about discovering what makes you go in the opposite direction.
