Waste Collection in Vester Sottrup

The People's Movement Against Litter in Nature is organizing another waste collection in and around Vester Sottrup. The collection is a collaboration with BALS and Brugsen Sottrup and is part of World Cleanup Day on September 20 - a global event where volunteers from over 200 countries collect litter to raise awareness about waste in nature, on beaches, and in cities.

The meeting point is the car park at Brugsen in Vester Sottrup, as in previous years. Tongs, vests, and rubbish bags are available to borrow, and Brugsen Sottrup sponsors sausages, water, and a goodie bag for all participants afterwards.

Everyone is welcome - feel free to bring family, neighbors, or children for a couple of hours of collecting in the local area.
