UgleRiget | Damms Gård — Damms Gård, Aabenraa

From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, UgleRiget visits Damms Gård with owls. The event begins with a short presentation from UgleRiget's educators, after which both children and adults can hold an owl and get close to the animals.

At the same time, KFUM scouts from Felsted run an open workshop from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, where you can build a birdhouse or make a bird feeder. There is also a bonfire.

The event is aimed at children aged 3-9 years and their adults. Ticket sales open on August 4 at 10:00 AM.

About the venue: Damms Gård

Damms Gård in Felsted is a community centre run by Aabenraa Municipality, which opened in March 2014 after a thorough restoration funded in part by the Mærsk Foundation and EU rural development grants. The building dates from 1843 and served for many years as an inn and station inn on the county railway between Aabenraa and Gråsten. Today it houses Felsted Library, meeting rooms, and the old Rejsestald (travel stable), which holds concerts for up to 65 guests. Day-to-day operations are shared between the municipality and a voluntary citizens' association.
