Tour de Naturpark Nordals - Iron Age Activities at the Hjortspring Boat
Hjortspringbådens Laug, Nordborg · free
Iron Age Activities at the Hjortspring Boat: Thursday 15 October 2026, 10:00–12:00, Hjortspringbådens Laug, Nordborg. Admission is free.
The wooden copy of the Hjortspring Boat in Holm is 19 metres long, carved from wood - the original from 350 BCE is housed at the National Museum. Here you get the chance to see the boat up close and try your hand at Iron Age activities such as friendship bracelets, wood carving, and hammering. Along the way, there is a cup of warm soup.
All activities take place on land at the Hjortspring Boat workshop. The event is free and open to everyone.
This is one of several Tour de Naturpark events, where Naturpark Nordals and volunteers from the Hjortspring Boat together offer activities throughout the nature park.
