Classical Sunday

Trio Arizzo from Munich and actress Celeste Borchorst Faurschou place Johann Sebastian Bach at the centre of this autumn's Classical Sunday - a concert performance that follows the composer across time and place in search of balance in an overfilled existence.

On the journey, a young, eccentric - yet brilliant - Mozart appears in Vienna, and in Paris Bach meets the wise Georges Auric, who may have the answer to what we today would call work-life balance. Celeste Borchorst Faurschou has written the text and plays all the roles herself.

The music is for oboe, clarinet and bassoon and draws works from Bach, Mozart, Georges Auric and Alec Templeton. The performance takes place in the Middelfart Hall at the Library on KulturØen.
