Sensory Garden Walk

Guided through the park with headphones, you'll experience stories, ambient sounds, and music that create a calm and immersive space. Along the way, performers invite you to meet the plants with all your senses, making room for presence and reflection.

The walk explores how encounters with nature can affect our wellbeing - poetically, physically, and at eye level.

No registration needed. We meet at Ballonporten in Teglgårdsparken.
