Repair Café: Embroidery Workshop

Learn the fundamentals of freehand embroidery, discover which tools and materials you need, and explore how embroidery can be used as a repair method. The workshop includes examples of freehand embroidery as visible repairs.

Needles, embroidery thread, and practice fabric will be provided. You are welcome to bring stained or torn clothing - there is no guarantee you will have time to embroider it, but you can receive advice on whether embroidery is a suitable solution and which approach is recommended. Both beginners and experienced embroiderers are welcome.

The event is free but requires advance registration. Places are limited - registration opens on 14 August at 10:00.
