Local artisans and designers sell handmade Christmas gifts and decorations from stalls in Sløjfen. Skafferiet opens a Christmas café with æbleskiver, mulled wine, and fresh greenery on the menu.

New this year: children can rent a stall and sell their toys.

About the venue: Hadsten Bibliotek

Hadsten Bibliotek is housed in Kulturhus Sløjfen, a flexible building of nearly 2,500 square metres on the banks of Lilleåen in central Hadsten. The building also contains Favrskov Musikskole, meeting rooms, a hall and a music room. As a branch of Favrskov Bibliotekerne, it offers loans of books, e-books, audiobooks and films, as well as citizen services. The programme includes concerts, lectures, exhibitions and events for children.
