Women's Sauna Session in the Large Sauna

A women-only sauna session led by female sauna masters, focused on inner calm and wellbeing accompanied by meditative tones and light-beat music. The experience uses incense, herbal extracts, and essential oils dripped on the stones to create aromatic steam.

The session runs over 4 rounds, with temperatures starting at 60-70 degrees Celsius and gradually increasing. During the rounds, a facial mask and honey scrub are offered to cleanse, soften, and rejuvenate the skin. Water, electrolytes, nuts, fruit, and a chili shot are served.

The experience concludes with a 5th warm-down round and a glass of rosé.
