Crisis Preparedness for Vulnerable People: Saturday 24 October 2026, 11:30–13:00, Fredensborg Bibliotek, Fredensborg. Admission is free.

This lecture covers what vulnerable people and their relatives should focus on in their own crisis preparedness. You will learn where and how to get help, receive practical advice for home preparedness, and guidance for relatives on providing support - including a checklist and emergency supplies.

The lecture is based on the 6 V's: water, goods, heat, signposts, wet wipes, and friendship. Using these as a starting point, we will go through what to consider when creating a checklist tailored to your own individual needs.

The lecture is arranged in collaboration with Beredskabsforbundet and Ældresagen Fredensborg. It is free, but the number of tickets is limited - they can be booked via the link to the preparedness day.
