The Book Club meets on the last Wednesday of each month from 3 to 4 p.m. at Haderslev Library and is for children aged 8 to 12.

There are snacks, and activities are based on books - exhibitions, book bingo, creative projects, or something completely different. Members help decide what happens.

The Book Club's three rules: it's always about books, there are never any homework assignments, and there are always snacks.

About the venue: Haderslev Bibliotek

Haderslev Bibliotek is the main public library for Haderslev Municipality, spread across three floors of Kulturhuset Bispen by the town pond. The collections cover books, films, games and music for all ages, and staff can order materials from other libraries on request. Outside staffed hours the building stays open for self-service, and the library regularly hosts talks, reading groups and cultural events.
