SpeedDating is a live dating concept where you go on a series of dates in a short time, as participants continuously change seats. A host will greet you, provide welcome materials, and show you where you can mingle with others of your gender while waiting for the event to start. Before the speed dating begins, you'll receive a brief introduction covering the practical details.

You will meet between 6 and 12 singles from the opposite gender, with each date lasting 7-10 minutes. The event runs up to 12 rounds with two breaks in between - and if not everyone has met after 12 rounds, there's an extra round where you can take the initiative for another date. Throughout the evening, you fill out a match sheet marking whether you're interested in further contact with each person you meet.

1-2 days after the event, you'll receive an email with your matches: this happens when both parties have marked "yes" for each other. If there's a match, the email will contain the person's number, first name, and phone number, and from there it's up to you both to take contact further.

If your category is sold out, you can join the waiting list and be notified by email if more tickets become available - tickets are continuously added to maintain gender balance. If you'd like to hear about other single events in your area, you can sign up for the EventList on SingleNordic.dk.

Practical info: the event is only for singles aged 40-55, and you must be able to document your age with ID - if you're not in the age group, you may be refused entry without a refund. Doors open half an hour before start, and you cannot bring your own food or drinks; beverages are purchased on site. In case of delay or cancellation, contact info@singlenordic.dk. If the ticket is given or sold to someone else, the new owner must be of the same gender and age group as the original buyer. If the event is cancelled, the ticket will be refunded including fees.
