An evening with two concerts where classic songs meet contemporary Danish music.

Old Friends opens with a tribute to some of the most beautiful songs from the 1960s and 1970s, celebrating Simon & Garfunkel. Behind the name stand Klaus Hjort Sørensen and Rasmus Solomon Lundsbjerg, known from the local area and the band A Cloudy Cover. With two voices and an acoustic guitar, they play through songs like The Sound of Silence, Mrs. Robinson and The Boxer, interspersed with anecdotes.

Preisler & Libak is a newer collaboration that, according to the story, began with an email about a cup of coffee. Christian Libak and Ulrik Preisler have since developed their own sonic universe based on Preisler's Danish-language songs from the past 25 years. With piano, guitar, harmonica, saxophone and strong melodies, they unfold an atmospheric and personal concert programme.

The concert takes place at Kulturhuset No1 in Tølløse on Friday, 20 November at 19:30. Doors open at 18:30.
