Rasmus Dahlberg: If Crisis Comes - Is Denmark Ready? · Fredensborg Bibliotek, Fredensborg

Rasmus Dahlberg on Crisis Readiness: Saturday 24 October 2026, 14:45–15:45, Fredensborg Bibliotek, Fredensborg.

Ministers and authorities often repeat it: extreme weather, technological breakdowns, and hybrid threats can strike Danish society, even though we are accustomed to things working smoothly. Water supply, power grids, or sewage systems can fail, and for periods it may become harder to shop or communicate with each other. This lecture asks how well prepared we actually are for such crises - both as a society and as individuals - and what we can do to be better prepared in the future.

Rasmus Dahlberg is a lecturer in societal security at Roskilde University and sits on the Expert Panel for the Emergency Preparedness Area under the Ministry for Societal Security and Emergency Preparedness. He is also one of two gamemasters in the DR1 programme "Crisis Exercise: Hybrid Attack on Denmark", where Denmark's crisis preparedness is tested to the limit.

The lecture takes place in Room B at Fredensborg Library.
