DR Romanklub - Billund

DR Romanklub - book club: Thursday 10 December 2026, 19:00–20:30, Billund Bibliotek, Billund. Admission is free.

DR selects Denmark's most interesting novel each year in collaboration with listeners and readers nationwide. In consultation with representatives from the country's libraries, DR chooses six candidates from the year's Danish novels, which are then tested with readers across the country.

In the DR Romanklub in Billund, we read and discuss one novel per month from December 2026 to May 2027. A club has also been established in Grindsted, but the two clubs do not follow the same reading order. The first three titles have been announced - the rest will follow during autumn 2026:
• I mit hus by Maria Hesselager
• C by Kamilla Hega Holst
• Sandøs rose by Jesper Wung-Sung

Books are provided by the libraries. You pick up the first book at Billund Library; subsequent books are distributed at the meetings. The club meets six Thursdays from 19:00-20:30, and attendance is generally required - you should have read the book before each meeting. Meetings take place on:
• 10 December
• 14 January
• 11 February
• 11 March
• 15 April
• 13 May (voting)

Registration must be completed by 25 November 2026 and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting room: M1.
