First Aid Course - free training: Saturday 24 October 2026, 11:15–13:15, Fredensborg Bibliotek, Fredensborg. Admission is free.

FOF is offering a condensed basic first aid course at Folketeket. The course is shorter than a standard first aid course but provides practical knowledge and tools for acute situations.

The course is arranged in collaboration with FOF and is free, though places are limited. Remember to get a ticket for the emergency preparedness day as well.

It takes place at Folketeket, located just below Fredensborg Library.

About the venue: Fredensborg Bibliotek

Fredensborg Bibliotek is on the first floor of Jernbanegade, a short walk from Fredensborg Castle. It caters especially to families, schoolchildren and students, with a family area for play and read-alouds, a homework zone with whiteboard and sofa, and a newspaper reading room. Beyond books, music and films, local associations can borrow three meeting rooms, and the library regularly hosts talks, workshops and other cultural events.
