Lecture with Claus Holm

Claus Holm is a television chef, cookbook author, and lecturer known from Danish television and for his openness about life.

In the lecture "Midlife - and a Bit Out of Ourselves", he addresses the existential questions many face in adulthood: relationships, menopause, fear of death, and the feeling of having lost oneself - all conveyed with the humour and warmth he is known for.
