Creative nature art & leaf prints in clay - for schoolchildren and families

Creative nature art & leaf prints in clay: Wednesday 14 October 2026, 13:00–15:00, Thurø Spejdernes hytte, Svendborg.

The activity starts with a walk in nature around the scout hut, where we become nature detectives searching for leaves with clear veins, interesting seed pods, small pinecones, and twigs suitable for making impressions.

Afterward, we work with chalk-white, self-hardening clay. The clay is rolled out and nature's patterns are pressed into the surface. You will learn to create fine contours, cut out funny shapes, and make holes for string so the pieces can be hung up or used as decoration at home.

The activity is about calm, focus, and fine motor creativity - both children and adults can create their own memory from the autumn forest.

Practical information:
• Price: 25 kr. per child, adults free. Combo pass: 40 kr. for participation in 2 of the organizer's activities on Thurø.
