This Friday, Nr. 13 invites you to dinner featuring homemade pasta in the heart of Svendborg. Ivan has composed a menu where everything is made from scratch, and throughout the evening guests move through several courses with different flavors and expressions.

Along the way, stories are told about the ingredients, the craftsmanship, and the thinking behind each dish. The meal is accompanied by carefully selected wines paired to complement the menu from start to finish.
