Nr. 13 invites you to an evening of homemade pasta, craftsmanship, and quality ingredients at the heart of the experience. Ivan has curated a menu where pasta is the central element, and everything is made from scratch.

Throughout the evening, several courses are presented with different flavors and expressions. Along the way, we share stories about the ingredients, the craftsmanship, and the thinking behind each dish, while carefully selected wines are served to complement the menu from start to finish.
