What role do local media play when something happens - both locally and nationally?

Frederiksberg County News and Local News UgeNyt will be present with a stand where they talk about their work providing local and reliable information, and why it matters for local emergency preparedness.

Stop by the stand and hear how they make news available during a crisis.

There is free admission to Emergency Preparedness Day, where you can also see the rest of the programme:

About the venue: Fredensborg Bibliotek

Fredensborg Bibliotek is on the first floor of Jernbanegade, a short walk from Fredensborg Castle. It caters especially to families, schoolchildren and students, with a family area for play and read-alouds, a homework zone with whiteboard and sofa, and a newspaper reading room. Beyond books, music and films, local associations can borrow three meeting rooms, and the library regularly hosts talks, workshops and other cultural events.
