Volunteers from the Danish Refugee Council help refugees and people with an ethnic minority background navigate challenges they encounter with Danish authorities and systems, as well as practical everyday matters.

This includes help understanding letters from the municipality, tax authorities, or the health service, getting started with MitID, e-Boks, Rejsekort or borger.dk, or interpreting messages from housing associations, insurance companies, and children's schools.

About the venue: Store Heddinge Bibliotek

Store Heddinge Bibliotek is the main branch of Stevns Bibliotekerne, situated on Kirketorvet in the centre of Store Heddinge. It offers book loans, e-books, audiobooks and newspapers alongside study spaces and a children's section. The library also runs a regular programme of talks, reading groups and other events for residents of Stevns Kommune.
