Foraging tour in Klosterheden - SOLD OUT

Join a foraging tour in Klosterheden with a nature guide from the Danish Nature Agency. Along the way, we search for wild plants and mushrooms, which we prepare and taste - and learn about edible species, sustainable practices in nature, and how nature's raw materials can be used in the kitchen. The tour is for everyone, whether you have foraged before or not.

The route is approximately 3 km and runs primarily through the forest floor, where the terrain can be uneven with branches and roots. Wear good footwear and dress for the weather. The nature guide brings all equipment for collection, preparation, and serving.

The tour is free but requires advance registration. Remember to cancel if you are unable to participate.

We meet at the parking lot at the 5-way junction of Jagtvej/Klosterhedevej/Hennysvej.
