Youth Stories About Social Media

Youth Stories About Social Media: 24 November – 25 November 2026, C:NTACT, Frederiksberg. Admission is free.

A group of young people from Frederiksberg have worked with C:NTACT's story developers to explore what it's like growing up with social media and the expectations it creates. The result is a series of personal stories about their lives, self-image, and the world we all help shape every day. The stories give the audience a chance to see themselves in the young people's experiences and realize they're not alone.

After the stories, there will be a Q&A where the audience can ask questions and speak directly with the participants.

The stories are inspired by the performance GRWM, which C:NTACT produced with Helin Erdem at Aveny-T. The event is aimed especially at young people in lower secondary school or upper secondary education, but everyone interested is welcome.

The development of the young people's stories was supported by Frederiksberg Municipality, while Copenhagen Municipality supported the current performances on the Edison stage.
