Det Stride Band — Ringsted Bibliotek, Ringsted

Det Stride Band performs songs and stories from Jakob Martin Strid's universe - including texts from Mustafas Kiosk. The programme features stone-age men, monsters, pirates, ugly badgers, a boy skiing in snot, greengrocers, cheese with bullet holes, and the wish for a yellow excavator.

The concert is tailored to children's height with rock songs, quirky acts and occasional quiet moments, so even the youngest can follow along. The audience sings, dances and jumps along the way.

The event is aimed at children aged 3-10 and their adults and lasts approximately 45 minutes.

About the venue: Ringsted Bibliotek

Ringsted Bibliotek og Borgerservice is the town's public library and a local cultural hub. The collection covers books, e-books, audiobooks, periodicals and digital resources, and the building has study areas, a children's library and a café corner.
