Story Concert with the Dog Ib — Ringsted Bibliotek, Ringsted

Peter Nordahl brings the storytelling concert "Tales with the Dog Ib" to Ringsted Library on Saturday, 12 September 2026 at 10:30. The concert is aimed at children aged 2-6 and their adults. Nordahl, who wrote the stories about the little white dog Ib - known from the animated series on Ramasjang - opens a large illustrated book, tells stories, and sings songs from the TV series alongside a musician. Ringsted Library serves as the town's cultural hub, located at Tværallé 1-3. This is one of five Danish dates on the tour. Admission is 50-100 kr.

About the venue: Ringsted Bibliotek

Ringsted Bibliotek og Borgerservice is the town's public library and a local cultural hub. The collection covers books, e-books, audiobooks, periodicals and digital resources, and the building has study areas, a children's library and a café corner. As an open library, it gives borrowers aged 15 and over self-service access from early morning to late evening. The event programme includes author evenings, reading clubs and board-game nights.
