Little Ones Singing Together

Ringsted Library hosts a musical morning with group singing for children aged 0-6 and their adults. Line Ekman from Ringsted Music and Culture School plays keyboard and guides participants through familiar children's songs, hand movements, and small dances.

Singing with hand movements helps children connect words and actions, strengthening language, motor skills, and sense of rhythm - and group singing creates closeness between children and adults.

From 1 September, you can pick up a songbook at the library with the songs needed, so there's an opportunity to practise at home before the day.
