Blast performs at Bartof Station on November 11th, an evening the band calls "a Wednesday snail". The orchestra moves through a colourful corner of popular music, and it's hard to say whether it's pop, jazz, or funk. The band can play most things and does so willingly.

The music is arranged, but the soloists and rhythm section find their own place within it. It's a bit like visiting different rooms: one soloist sits in the living room with coffee on the stove and slippers on their feet, another stands in the laboratory with flasks and strange machines, and then there's the intimate nightclub with cocktails and dim lighting.

Bartof Station is described as an intimate venue with atmosphere and good music, a bright spot in an otherwise dull Copenhagen. The idea behind Sunday Blast is to keep a constantly evolving orchestra going, so it can play, move, and keep the funk blood flowing.
