Senior researcher in marine ecology Anette Bruhn presents the season's final lecture on seaweed - the underwater forests that play a crucial role in ocean life and climate. Recent research also shows that seaweed can help address future challenges in health, food, and the environment.
Taste samples of different edible seaweed varieties will be provided during the lecture.
No ticket or registration required - just show up. The lecture takes place in the Auditorium and is organized in collaboration with Fredericia Gymnasium.
