Kerteminde Library celebrates UN International Literacy Day with a reading marathon for children and young people on Tuesday, September 8, 2-7 p.m. You can come and go freely throughout the afternoon.

Bring your own book or find one in the library's collection - and feel free to bring blankets and cushions for comfort. At 6 p.m. we take a break and the library serves pizza to all participants.

The event is free but requires advance registration.

About the venue: Kerteminde Bibliotek

Kerteminde Bibliotek on Strandvejen is the main branch of Kerteminde Bibliotekerne, which also has libraries in Munkebo and Langeskov. The building is fully step-free and includes reading areas, meeting rooms and a children's section. Alongside lending and digital services, the library runs a regular programme of author evenings, reading clubs and free legal advice sessions.
