Give Us the Butterflies Back

Butterflies have never been more popular - thanks in part to authors like Michael Stoltze and Lea Korsgaard, whose recent books celebrate the beauty of butterflies and how experiencing nature affects us as human beings. Yet the reality is troubling: butterflies and nature in general are in serious crisis.

Author and winner of Weekendavisen's Literature Prize, Michael Stoltze, presents an illustrated lecture on his passion for butterflies. He discusses the biodiversity crisis, what homeowners can do on their own land, and how to establish and manage the new national parks and areas being restored to nature as part of the green transition.

The lecture is a collaboration between FOF Randers-Favrskov-Mariagerfjord-Viborg and Mariagerfjord Libraries.
