At Summer Shared Reading, the librarian reads a text aloud while you follow along on paper - or simply listen if you prefer. The librarian pauses throughout, and the group discusses the text together.

There is room for 15 participants each time. Admission is free, but you must book a ticket for each date you wish to attend.

The event takes place at Nørremarken Library on the following dates from 10:00 to 11:30: Friday 19 June, Tuesday 23 June, Friday 3 July, Friday 10 July, Thursday 16 July, Wednesday 29 July, Tuesday 4 August and Thursday 13 August.

About the venue: Nørremarken Bibliotek

Nørremarken Bibliotek is housed in the Nørremark Center (NC10) in Vejle and forms part of Vejle Bibliotekerne. Alongside the library, the building contains a creative workshop and meeting rooms. The library operates as a temporary branch where local residents can borrow, return and collect reserved materials. Regular activities for children, young people and adults include IT assistance, knitting workshops, talks and makerspaces.
