Community singing in the Salon with songs from the Højskolesangbogen (Danish folk song collection) - everyone is welcome, regardless of voice type.

Piano accompaniment by Annamarie Uhre. The library serves coffee.

About the venue: Varde Bibliotek

Varde Bibliotek is the main public library of Varde Municipality, with roots going back to 1897. In 1982 it moved to its current building on Varde Torv, which is connected to the old town hall from 1872. The library offers lending, reading groups, lectures and cultural events, and in 1991 it became the first library in Jutland to open on Sundays. It also runs branches in Ølgod, Oksbøl, Nr. Nebel and Agerbæk, plus a mobile library bus.
