Silent Disco Groove - Dance for the Whole Family

With headphones on and music in your body, Kathrine Levald invites children and adults to dance freely - no steps, no technique, just movement on your own terms. That's what Silent Disco Groove is all about.

The content shifts from song to song: one moment you might be a zombie or a rock star, the next you're surfing or dancing a princess waltz in a castle. Your body becomes a drum kit, you creep in slow motion across the moon, and you dance both solo and with others. Finally, the tempo slows down, and the session ends with stretching and relaxation.

Silent Disco Groove is part of the opening weekend at Ølgod Kulturhus. There are four sessions over the weekend, and you must arrive at the time for which you have purchased your ticket. A ticket is required for everyone - both children and adults.
